Welcome to the fine print. We know — nobody actually reads the Terms & Conditions, least of all for a band that no one has ever heard of. But our management (a very persistent AI) insists, and a few of these actually protect both of us. So here's the deal, in as little legalese as we could manage. By using ALWBand.com, you're agreeing to the stuff below. If you're not into it, no hard feelings — just don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe the rights of others or interfere with their use of the Site;
Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

We offer music, merchandise, and other products through the Site. By placing an order, you agree that:

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). We never see or store your full payment details.
We may cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing or product errors.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Physical products are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partners, Printful and Printify. We currently ship within the United States only. 6. Returns & Refunds

Because our merchandise is made to order, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report any such issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Store Policies.

7. Music & Digital Products

When you purchase or download digital products (such as music files), we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use them for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Your purchase is a license to use the content — not ownership of the underlying rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including music, lyrics, artwork, logos, photos, videos, designs, and text — is owned by Any Last Words or its creators and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of it without our express written permission.
You're welcome to share our public content on social media with appropriate credit.

9. User-Generated Content

If you comment, post, or otherwise submit content to the Site:

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Site and the band.
You confirm you own or have the rights to what you post.
We may remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive, or harmful.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services, including Wix, Printful, Printify, payment processors, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Their terms and policies apply to your use of their services:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Any Last Words and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Any Last Words and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Store Policies, make up the entire agreement between you and Any Last Words regarding your use of the Site.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Site means you accept them.
